A charming stay in Kyoto’s heart
The modern, minimalist décor made for a visually pleasing atmosphere, adding a touch of elegance to our experience in the spacious room. A great bonus was having a washer and dryer, which made our stay more convenient.
Unfortunately, the front desk lacked consistent presence, leading to delays in service when we needed assistance. We faced some confusion regarding luggage shipment services, which caused us unnecessary hassle.
